Welcome to St. Andrew’s Place Assisted Living!
Our community offers three levels of care, thereby enabling us to meet a broad range of personal needs and preferences. Your rent is based upon the level of service you require from our staff and the size of the apartment you are living in. Included in your monthly rent are your meals, snacks, laundry, housekeeping, routine maintenance and expert personal care. However, we do not supply personal products, cable television, or telephone service. Your monthly bill is inclusive and does not contain any hidden or add-on cost to you unless noted in your rental agreement.
We are excited to offer this affordable alternative to living alone or with loved ones. We provide 24-hour staff assistance to provide safety in a lovely environment. Each apartment has a locking door to provide for your privacy. Each resident has a call button that can be used to call for help when needed.
Your small pets are welcome; however, we do require a non-refundable pet deposit of $350.00. All pets are required to be certified by veterinarian be free of disease transmittable to humans. It is also required that all animals have regular examinations and immunizations appropriate for the species, by a veterinarian licensed in Washington State. If this is not an option for you, we do have a “house cat” that likes to visit throughout the hallways and living room area. His name is Eli.
We offer daily activities and many special events that are held throughout the year. We encourage everyone to participate. Meals are served three times a day in the dining room where everyone meets in a cozy atmosphere.
We know that making the choice to move from a private home to a community like St. Andrew’s Place can be very overwhelming. Our residents and staff will welcome you warmly into our community when you choose to make the St. Andrew’s Place your new home.
If you have not had a tour, we’d love to introduce you to our home and our deep commitment to you, our incoming resident. Thank you for considering St. Andrew’s Place Assisted Living and looking deeper to discover why the not-for-profit difference makes all the difference.
